Commercial Refrigeration Explain the difference between the mechanism of commercial refrigeration system and domestic system. Compare the differences between various commercial mechanisms. Describe how each mechanism (condenser, evaporator, and compressor) operates. Discuss the theory and operation of controls devices. Follow approved safety procedures. |
